  • Tours are by appointment only. Please fill out the inquiry form above, call/text us at (919) 205-3036, or email info@theupchurchvenue.com to schedule a private tour of the venue.

  • Friday/Saturday rental periods are from 12pm- 12am & the event must end no later than 11pm. Sunday rental periods are from 12pm- 11pm & the event must end no later than 10pm. There is always a one hour vendor load out period that takes place after the wedding ends.

  • Yes, we allow early access as early as 9am. The cost for early access is $250/hour.

  • We have an amazing partnership with Rocky Top Catering and we do require that all clients use Rocky Top Catering for their main catering and any bar needs.

  • We do require that clients hire a professional & licensed planner for event management. We have a wonderful list of preferred planners and the use of a planner not on our list will require approval by The Upchurch. The venue will provide a venue host for your special day, but these hosts do not act in the capacity of a planner/coordinator.

  • For a wedding/event with a seated meal, our max capacity is 225 guests.

  • Yes! We have two parking lots on-site. For groups over 150 guests, we recommend providing some additional transportation, such as shuttles, buses, etc, to supplement our existing on-site parking.

  • Absolutely! All are welcome at The Upchurch!

  • Our entire property is ADA compliant except for the 2nd floor of The Main House (where the dressing suites are housed). We have a wheelchair accessible ramp leading into the first floor of The Main House, ADA compliant restrooms and multiple, paved, accessible parking spaces.

  • A signed contract and a 50% non-refundable retainer are required to secure your date with us! The remaining venue fee balance is due 60 days prior to your event!
